Megan Dickerson · Strategist · Marketer · Builder

I build the structure, strategy and story that turn meaningful work into momentum.

When the work is good but the message, marketing or execution is disconnected, I bring the pieces into alignment so the business is clearer, stronger and built to move forward.

The work

Not a highlight reel. A record of what I know how to move.

Different industries. Different deliverables. The same instinct: find what is unclear, disconnected or underused and turn it into direction.

Marketing infrastructure across 12 departments, built to make the work easier to request, see, manage and measure.

The friction

Content, requests and service-line messaging were moving across departments without one clear operating structure.

What I built

Centralized workflows, content systems, service-line frameworks and a more intentional performance rhythm.

The shift

+287% comments · +214% page views · 21% engagement rate

A rebrand, campaigns, collateral, websites and sales enablement connected directly to active opportunities.

The friction

Marketing had to support multiple broker teams and a growing commercial real estate platform without disconnecting from sales.

What I built

Brand direction, proposals, business-development campaigns, digital experiences and team-specific sales tools.

The shift

Supported $345M+ in revenue over a 30-month period

Retention-focused communication, events and outreach that gave the brand a more consistent voice.

The friction

The opportunity was bigger than promotion. The work needed to deepen loyalty, participation and community.

What I built

Targeted email campaigns, clearer messaging, member outreach, events and partnership programs.

The shift

40% increase in engagement

Ratcliff Marketing Center

An internal marketing center designed around access, clarity and how teams really work.

The friction

Resources existed, but finding, understanding and using them needed to become easier.

What I built

Experience strategy, information structure, platform content and launch communication.

The shift

A connected home for resources, ideas and collaboration

Tap-In Dance Center

A story and content direction centered on the dancers, the city and the feeling of belonging.

The friction

The brand needed to communicate its energy and community without reducing the work to class promotion.

What I built

Brand storytelling, creative campaigns, event content and community-led visibility.

The shift

Promotion that felt like an invitation

A season-wide brand and community system designed to make students feel known before they enter the room and equipped to lead once they do.

The friction

Launch needed to grow from a youth service into a coherent culture that felt spiritually grounded, emotionally safe, current and genuinely welcoming.

What I built

Season 2 strategy, brand identity and voice, a 12-month campaign plan, weekly social and email systems, event runtime, merch direction and clear crew ownership.

The shift

One connected path from invitation to belonging to discipleship and leadership

Weekly search and Performance Max analysis connected spend, keywords, geography and lead quality.

The friction

Campaigns were operating with tight budgets, limited audiences and changing promotional spend.

What I built

Budget pacing, search-term reviews, keyword strategy, negative recommendations and plain-language performance reporting.

The shift

Improved cost per lead from approximately $192.62 to $77.60 in the reviewed period

A strategy and discovery platform built to move meaningful work from information to impact.

The friction

Traditional consulting stops at advice, and content often stops at attention. I wanted a model that creates movement.

What I built

The Momentum Method, audits, feature systems, outreach engines, reusable resources and an evolving digital platform.

The shift

Information → Connection → Community → Impact

The Momentum Method

Strategy should not stop at advice.

A practical sequence for turning scattered input into aligned action.

What I bring into the room

01

The strategist

I can see the real problem underneath the requested deliverable and give the work a clearer direction.

02

The operator

I build the workflows, systems and rhythms that keep good ideas from disappearing after the meeting.

03

The storyteller

I know how to make complex work understandable without stripping away what makes it matter.

04

The connector

I notice the person, partnership or opportunity that can move the work farther than another piece of content.

About Megan

My work has never fit neatly inside one marketing box. That is the point.

I have led marketing inside professional services, commercial real estate, fitness and community-centered organizations. I have built brands, campaigns, proposals, websites, content systems, events, retention programs and the infrastructure behind them.

What I do best is connect the pieces other people treat separately: message and operations, visibility and trust, strategy and execution, information and impact.

“If it does not create direction or meaningful connection, it does not belong in the work.”
